2. Eligibility

Entry is open only to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Are residents of the United Kingdom or the European Union, provided prize competitions are legal in their country of residence.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of The Luckxury Club.
• Contractors or associates of The Luckxury Club.
• Competition partners.
• Anyone professionally connected with the competitions.

3. How to Enter

To enter a competition, entrants must:

1. Select the number of entries (tickets) they wish to purchase.
2. Correctly answer the skill-based question.
3. Complete payment for the selected entries.

Please note:

• Entries are only valid once payment has been confirmed.
• A correct answer must be submitted.
• Each order is limited to one answer, which applies to all tickets within that order.
• Incorrect answers will automatically exclude all entries within that order.
• Reversed or charge-backed payments will result in cancellation of entries.
• The Luckxury Club is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, or not received.

4. Competition Period

• The closing date for each competition is displayed on the relevant competition page.
• The Luckxury Club reserves the right to extend a competition:
  • Up to three times.
  • For a maximum combined extension period of 30 days.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected using RandomDraws.com, an independent certified random selection platform.
• Only entrants who correctly answered the skill-based question will be included.
• The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing.
• Winners will be notified using the email address provided during entry.
• If no response is received within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a runner-up.

6. Prizes

• Each competition page clearly describes the prize being offered.
• Prizes are unworn but may have been unboxed for photography or promotional purposes.
• Some items may be sourced from reputable secondary-market retailers due to limited retail availability.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Cash alternatives are not available unless specifically stated.
• Delivery is arranged within 14 days of winner verification, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

7. Proof of Authenticity

Every prize includes proof of authenticity.

Where available, winners will receive:

• The original retail purchase invoice.

If no invoice is available:

• A certificate of authenticity issued by a recognised authentication service will be provided.

8. Winner Verification

Before receiving a prize, winners must provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of ownership or authorisation for the payment method used.

Verification must be completed within 5 days of notification.

Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.

Winners may also be invited to provide promotional photographs or videos unless a written objection is received before publication.

9. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

The Luckxury Club reserves the right to disqualify entries where:

• Multiple email addresses have been used to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated systems or bots have been used.
• Discount codes have been abused.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel fraudulent or non-compliant entries.
• Refuse prize delivery where payment misuse or abuse has occurred.
• Recover prizes or winnings obtained through fraudulent means.

10. Free Postal Entry Route (United Kingdom Only)

The Luckxury Club offers free postal entries for United Kingdom users.

Postal Entry Rules

• Entries must arrive before the advertised closing date.
• Only one competition entry per postcard is permitted.
• An active website account must already exist before the postal entry can be processed.
• The information on the postcard must exactly match the website account.
• Incomplete, illegible, damaged or non-compliant entries will not be accepted.
• Postal entries participate in the same random draw as paid entries.
• If the competition reaches its entry limit before a postal entry arrives, the postal entry may not be included.
• The Luckxury Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected mail.
• By submitting a postal entry, entrants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, all valid entries will receive a full refund.
• Entry fees are otherwise non-refundable once a valid entry has been submitted.

12. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

• The Luckxury Club operates under the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Competitions comply with applicable UK consumer legislation.
• Competitions are skill-based and do not constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Customs duties, import taxes or VAT payable in the winner’s jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
